Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at Info@hockeylifer.com. Once we review and approve your request, we will provide a return shipping label and the specific return address, along with clear instructions on how to send the package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at Info@hockeylifer.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
