My name is Travis Howe, and hockey has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I grew up playing the game, and over the past 25+ years I’ve worked professionally in almost every corner of it — as a coach, a scout, building youth hockey programs, and on the collectible side of the sport. Through all of it, one thing became very clear to me: the best parts of hockey aren’t just what happens between the whistles. They’re the mindset, the culture, the daily grind, and the way this game connects people who truly live it.
That’s why I created Hockey Lifer.
This brand is my way of celebrating the real hockey experience — for current players, former players, passionate fans, and hockey parents. I wanted to make apparel that feels authentic whether you’re in the locker room, on the bench, or in the stands. Designs that capture both the serious side of the game and the fun, everyday moments that make hockey special.

Rink Legacy is where I honor the players who defined the game. We’re starting with a tribute to my grandfather, Gordie Howe® — Mr. Hockey®, with more legends coming soon.
A portion of proceeds from the Rink Legacy collection supports the Howe Foundation, continuing the work my family has always believed in.
This brand is deeply personal to me. It’s my way of celebrating the rich hockey culture that shaped my life, while building something that helps grow the sport I love.
